I have worked for Courtney for about 3 years thru several different construction projects. She is a very disciplined person that cares very much about the people she is responsible for and the people that work for her. She is hard working always going beyond what it takes to help solve a problem. I have noticed wherever she is she always takes a smile with her. I look forward to many years of whatever challenges we may face.

I am pleased to share my experience as a tenant under Courtney Maki's management. Courtney has proven to be an exceptional landlord who genuinely cares about her property and tenants. She is consistantly on-site, ensuring that everything is well maintained and clean, which creates a comfortable living enviornment for all of us. What truly stands out about Courtney is her approachability and willingness to help. She is always polite and easy to talk to, making it simple for us to communicate any concerns or requests. Whenever an issue arises, I have witnessed her dedication to resolving it promptly and effectively. Courtney is the best property manager that we've had here in 21 years. You see her outside everyday picking up the trash, shoveling sidewalks, etc. She is one of the friendliest people you will meet and she has an infectious smile and laugh. Thank you for trying your damndest to make things better around here. We're going to really miss you if you go. She's one in a million.

I have been working with Courtney for 2 months. Courtney is the easiest person in the world to work with and work for. She will go out of her way to make sure the project is a success, she makes herself available whenever you need her and she is just a flat out hardworker. Really, this woman makes it look easy even when she is juggling 3 and 4 things at a time. She's always got a smile on her face and wears her heart on her sleeve. If you have a people issue, she is the answer. You've been great to work with!!

Courtney is a great property manager if you need anything fixed she writes up a work report and gets it in as soon as possible and tries to get things fixed as soon as possible if you have a problem with the neighbor she was willing to always go that extra mile and make sure that things got fixed and didn't go out of control she's easy to talk to and very caring and has a big heart and I think if you hire her she would be a great fit to help your Community grow

Courtney is always so friendly and outgoing. I used to live where she was manager and now I am trying to move to where she is manager. she always took time to listen and kept it real.

I have watched Courtney learn and grow into this position over the past few years. She started out intimidated on day one and wanted to run the office by weeks end. She is strong and capable she is warm and compassionate and boy is she a hard worker. Wherever she goes and whatever she does she will be successful because she knows how to talk to people, she always gives 100% and she is passionate about making a difference in peoples lives.

My testimonial: While I was only with Courtney Maki as a manager for a short while before I moved, I have had many conversations and dealings with her as a manager. When she took over for the apartments I was living in the first things that struck me about her was her willingness to listen, her compassion, and her commitment to doing the absolute best she is able to do in any circumstances. Her professionalism and steadfastness when it comes time to do what needs to be done has made her one of the best community managers I have dealt with in the 16 years I have lived on my own as an adult.

When I first moved here 5 years ago it was convenient. The price was right but nothing got done unless you did it yourself. When it was sold to the new owner and he had a realtor company come in that was even worse. They raised the rent and anything that needed to be done you had to pay for. Now we have a new proper management that does care. Courtney shows up every day. She does her best to make sure everyone is on the same page on things and does give us notifications if needed for the proper people and building. She has been more than fair to numerous tenants who don't care about anyone but themselves. She has a heart of gold and would pay out of her pocket if she knows someone needs something and can't get it. She does her best to maintain the property. Even though some of the tenants don't respect other people's property. Courtney is a great person and what she has done and is doing for this complex takes time. It doesn't happen overnight. Courtney becoming our property manager has been one of the best things for this place. Continue doing what you're doing.

Courtney managed at Northwest Village where I currently have transitioned in her position when she left. You know usually when there is a transition the person leaving is not open to help with information when they are gone because they do not work here anymore, but with Courtney it was different. She has a big heart and cares about every person she left behind. Helpful and full of information. She has been gone since May 2024 and tenants still ask about her. Courtney gives her all and is just an all around great person.
